Typical english breakfast, stylish deluxe room. Marvellous setting, consistently courteous employees with good service. So close to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate and Paddington and Queensway.
Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel is chic and overall clean with modern design and a nice restaurant. Fully-equipped rooms with 2 twin beds put together and the location is stunning. Loved very quick check-in and late check-out.

I liked this hotel : good staff and location. Everything was very good, and the breakfast was typical english with different options. The venue had the best possible location to Hyde park. Stopped by Laurents to get some coffee and treats, its next to the venue, recommend.

Hotel was okay for one night. My room was one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen. Had everything I needed. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Paddington Station. It was perfect for that.

The hotel was very nice, the staff incredibly nice and the hotel rooms modern and clean. A mobile phone is provided, which you can use free of charge during your entire stay. There is even a European power outlet so you don't need a universal plug. I'll be back.
The window didn't catch all the cold, there was a little air through it, but that didn't bother me much.

Despite relatively central location quiet. Very clean, friendly staff.
Pretty tight. Location in the basement, so that it can be seen from the sidewalk. Therefore darkening is necessary.

Personal top, and friendly. Quiet neighbourhood. Bars, restaurants are all nearby.
In the evening the waitress at the bar was very overstrained, one had to wait very long. The breakfast room was more like a train station. Relaxed breakfast is another way. But that was more because of the people who spoke simply very loudly. The breakfast itself is good!

Location
Bedroom room was too small and pokey. We could only walk sideways along the sides of the bed. Bed was not comfortable. This is not a 3-4 star hotel and did not justify even the discount rate offered. Our room was not a superor double room.

Location
Room booked was a superior single. There was nothing superior about it. It was extremely small. As the lighting system did not work thhey changed my room to one on the third floor . This room was also small but better arranged than the first room. However, the following morning , the lifts were out of order.

Good location
Staff very dismissive - we arrived at 10pm - was given a key which didn't work - when informed member of staff he clicked the computer then handed it back to me as he spoke to another guest who arrived after me - i had to ask if it would now work - he said yes - but it didn't! twice! - then when let in with master key at 3rd attempt - it was a club double room and not the twin which we had booked and paid for. Finally got in twin room (not club!) at 11.05!!!!Very tired at this point and when we asked if we could get food - the receptionist laughed at us!

Location
1. Terrible rooms. We stayed in a basement room wich was one of the best. 2. Water wasn’t really hot, just medium. 3. There was no extra blankets or pillows. 4. Shower didn’t have a big enough protection so the bathroom was always wet. 5. We didn’t stay in Best Western but in a Hotel around the corner that “belonged to the same group” - Basically, they changed the hotel.

Very very tiny room although at the reservation it was announced a spacious room. The smallest room I,ve ever been and in the -1 floor.
