missingWrote a review on Feb 06great amenitiesreally good service
This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me find transport, which I still remember fondly. The service here is really good, just like during a friend's stay when Z Dravko assisted them with great care. I can’t wait to come back for a Christmas visit!

The hotel’s common areas were beautifully decorated, creating a warm welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. Navigating was easy, making it perfect for a senior traveler like me.
More comfortable seating areas for seniors would be nice.

Plus, the local gems nearby like Flavors Of India served up a feast that kept my foodie heart racing. The lounge area had a chill vibe, perfect for unwinding after an adventure.
However, our first night was a squeeze with a room so compact we nearly elbowed each other while packing. Even after switching to a bigger space, the outdated furniture was a bit of a letdown. A refund considering the size hiccups would have been appreciated.

The room was extremely small with outdated furniture.

good value but small room
The room had a small refrigerator, which was a nice touch for keeping snacks fresh. The availability of a microwave made it convenient to enjoy quick meals in our room.

Recommend it for couples looking for a nice getaway
I gotta say, the staff were incredibly welcoming, especially this one gentleman who helped carry my bags to the room. it felt like a real treat. And the breakfast? Unbelievably good—all you can eat, just how I like it!
It wasn’t inexpensive, but for the experience? I’d say it was still fine.

Had a lovely stay for my birthday with sweet decorations waiting in the room and a super hot shower that was a dream after a long day. The hotel offered great relaxation spots, including a cozy lounge and a fantastic breakfast area. Only downside was I had to wait a bit for my room, but it all worked out in the end. 🎉

Consider requesting a room upgrade for additional space and amenities. it can make your stay much more comfortable despite the generally tight quarters.

Oh, the croissants at breakfast? Pure bliss! And don’t get me started on all the top-notch dining spots nearby, especially Appennino Pizzeria—absolute gem! Plus, the USB ports by the bed were a lifesaver for my devices!
Now for the cheeky bit—overbooked chaos at check-in had me waiting ages! The different hotels confusion was a right faff, and my key didn't even work. What’s the point of a room if you can’t get in?

missingWrote a review on Aug 16comfortable roomhelpful staffconvenient locationlimited breakfastnoise issuessmall room
I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at Park Grand. My room, a Club Double Room, was clean and comfortable, which made my stay more enjoyable. I particularly loved the cappuccino they served at breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located close to Paddington Station, making it easy to explore the city. I found the room size rather cramped for a deluxe option. The breakfast could use some improvement. there wasn’t much variety and some items looked old. I had issues with noise from the hallway which disrupted my sleep. while I appreciated the cleanliness and service, the room layout and breakfast quality could definitely be enhanced.
